Prices and free estimates

Basic cleaning (Homeroom), one time or recurring, and move-in/move-out cleaning (Graduation) are priced by the room with our online price calculator. Bedrooms, bathrooms (half baths too), the kitchen, and living, dining, office or bonus rooms each count as a room. Hallways, entries and laundry rooms are included at no charge. Recurring visits cost less after the first visit, and weekly costs least. Every visit has a $100 minimum. Quotes are emailed to you and honored for 14 days.

Deep cleans (Clean Slate), and any home with heavy buildup or that has not been cleaned in a few months, start with a free in-home estimate. It takes about 20 minutes, there is no obligation to book, and we email you a written estimate of the time, cost and what is included the same day.

Letting us in

You don't need to be home for a cleaning. You can let us in, or give us written permission and a key, door code or lockbox. That includes rentals and listings: an owner, agent or property manager doesn't need to stay. We photograph the home when we arrive and when we leave, and we lock up behind us. If no one is home and the home is different from your quote, we call or text you and agree on the price before we start.

Deep-clean walkthroughs are different: someone 18 or older needs to be home so you can show us your priorities.

Your price at the door

• An online price assumes the rooms and condition you entered. When we arrive, we take a quick look. If the home is different, we agree on a new price with you before we start, and you are free to say no.
• If a visit is going to need more time than your price or estimate covers, we stop and ask you before going over.
• You pay after the visit. Regular clients can keep a card on file so payment is automatic.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• There is no cancellation fee for cleanings or estimates.
• To reschedule or cancel, reply to your confirmation email, or call or text (405) 259-6461.
• Please give us at least 24 hours of notice when you can, so we can offer the time to someone else.
• If we need to reschedule for any reason, you choose the new time.

What we do not offer

• Exterior windows, or any work that needs a ladder taller than 6 feet
• Biohazards, bodily fluids or pet waste
• Mold remediation
• Moving heavy furniture or appliances
• Wall washing

We do not use steam on unsealed wood, laminate, painted walls, electronics or delicate fabrics.
