Clean Slate is our deep clean: everything in a regular clean, plus steam-cleaned grout, showers and stovetop, baseboards, blinds, door frames and switches, and window sills, tracks and detailed floors. It is a good first visit before a recurring schedule.

We do not use steam on unsealed wood, laminate, painted walls, electronics or delicate fabrics.

No, not for cleanings. You can be home, or give us written permission and a key, door code or lockbox. We photograph the home when we arrive and when we leave. Deep-clean walkthroughs are different: someone 18 or older needs to be home so you can show us your priorities.
We bring everything: a steam cleaner, scrubbers, squeegees, microfiber cloths and supplies. If you would rather we use your own products, just let us know.
After the visit. You pay the price you were quoted, and if a job needs more than that, we ask you first. Regular clients can keep a card on file so payment is automatic.
