Before we leave, every room is checked off, anything we noticed is written down, and your next visit is dated.
One-time cleans and first visits are priced by the room. Regular visits after that cost less, with weekly costing least. Bedrooms, bathrooms (half baths too), the kitchen, and living, dining, office or bonus rooms each count as a room. Hallways, entries and laundry rooms are included at no charge. Every visit has a $100 minimum.

No. Homeroom is priced online: count your rooms, pick how often, see your price and book. If your home has heavy buildup or has not been cleaned in a few months, start with a deep clean, which is priced at a free in-home estimate.
No, not for cleanings. You can be home, or give us written permission and a key, door code or lockbox. We photograph the home when we arrive and when we leave. Deep-clean walkthroughs are different: someone 18 or older needs to be home so you can show us your priorities.
We bring everything: a steam cleaner, scrubbers, squeegees, microfiber cloths and supplies. If you would rather we use your own products, just let us know.
Yes, with no fee. Please give us at least 24 hours of notice when you can. Reply to your confirmation email, or call or text (405) 259-6461.
After the visit. You pay the price you were quoted, and if a job needs more than that, we ask you first. Regular clients can keep a card on file so payment is automatic.
