Graduation is our move-in and move-out clean for tenants, landlords, realtors and sellers. It includes everything in a deep clean, plus inside the oven, fridge and cabinets, inside drawers and closets, and interior windows. The home can be empty or still furnished.

Graduation is priced by the room, and the price is the same whether the home is empty or furnished. Bedrooms, bathrooms (half baths too), the kitchen, and living, dining, office or bonus rooms each count as a room. Hallways, entries and laundry rooms are included at no charge.

No. You can let us in, or give us written permission and a key, door code or lockbox. Owners, agents and property managers don't need to stay. We photograph the home when we arrive and when we leave.
Exterior windows, work above a 6-foot ladder, biohazards or pet waste, mold remediation, moving heavy furniture or appliances, and wall washing.
After the visit. You pay the price you were quoted, and if a job needs more than that, we ask you first. Regular clients can keep a card on file so payment is automatic.
